At Salons Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the completed returns form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
